Enrolling Users & Cameras into SecureSmart Cloud with ipDatatel

Once logged into AlarmDealer.com, Choose “Manage Cameras” and begin the 3-Step process:

1 Create a User Account
  1. Select “Manage Customers” from the left side menu, and then Click the “Create User” button in the top right corner.
  2. Complete the form, select a plan and number of cameras.
2 Adding Cameras & Labels
  1. Make sure IP camera is supported and connected to the internet. You will need the camera Username and Password.
  2. Select “Manage Customers” from the left side menu and click customer User Name from list of customers. This takes you to Customer Profile.
  3. Select the “Add Camera” button and follow the prompts to add a camera to the account.
  4. Select the “Manage Camera Labels” button to create tags for your cameras for easy sorting and management.
3 Notification Settings
  1. Select “Manage Customers” from the left side menu and click customer User Name from list of customers. This takes you to Customer Profile.
  2. Clicking on the down arrow next to the Customer Name will provide a small select box. Select “Edit”.
  3. In the Edit Camera form on Notifications dropdown, choose to be notified for Motion Events, Camera Health Checks, or both.
